Q: On 3/12/11 my daughter and I slipped and fell on ice leaving a store at a strip mall, I have been dealing with their

Insurance company myself and have only gotten so far as making my statement. My 2 year old will have a scar on her face from the fall. Should I get a lawyer?

A: attorney padove is absolutely correct. you really need to consult with an injury lawyer and giving statements to the insurance company is typically a bad idea. illinois has very strict laws re slip and falls on snow and ice re whether it was a natural accumulation or not. good luck!
