Mist a aera to be annexed meet some of the definition in subsection #2 for Subsection #3 to be used as subsection #3 states ( In addition to the area developed for urban purposes, ) ? Does that mean that some of the area to be annexed must contain some of the area as defined in subsection #2 ?
Also if they are claiming subsection #3 (a) must the city have some of an area developed for urban purposes as defined in subsection #2 and must they show what the area is? And is this the same for Florida Law Chapter 91-382 House bill # 1503 Section 9 Character of the area to be annexed? We are in Alachua county and have a special law.
