Q: The postal service in FL says it cannot transfer my mail to a temporary address. I sent in an address
Change online. they say because we live in an rv park, we are cosidered transients, but we are permanent florida residents, and when I called the # listed they said the P.O. ihad deleted my address, this has to be illegal, a federal offense. I contacted consumer affairs and also another office, but they were unable to resolve the matter. What legal channels do I have. As a permanent resident, I am not a snowbird, I should be able to get my mail transferred. The USPS office confirmed my change, I got 2 letters from them, so this deletion has to be illegal. Please respond to this so I can know to do.
