Q: 11 year old grandson's bio father abandoned him and my daughter during pregnancy. No interest or contact for all that

Time. Daughter had mental breakdown and tried to commit dual suicide with grandson. Came to her senses and drove both of them to hospital. I have temporary placement now (child and mother also lived with me his entire live except for last 6 months). Bio father now wants custody and his wife wants to adopt. Grandson doesn't want to meet bio father
