A: you need to contact an indiana lawyer. a buisness is liable for the criminal acts of someone else only if it was forseeable and the buisness could have done something to have prevented the criminal act. believe it or not but cases against the river boats are not generally well thought of by our juries in lake county so the case needs to be real solid with serious injuries for there to be a fair chance. good luck.

A: I am sorry to hear about your experience and hope that you are making a fast recovery. There is no law that requires them to keep the recording. I have handled cases against the Majestic Star Casino and I know that it is imperative that you hire counsel right away to make sure that the recording of what happened is preserved. there is case law concerning protecting victims such as yourself against criminal attacks and it is cerainly possible that you will be entitled to compensation for your losses.
