Q: I need to obtain education rights to my daughter her mother has custody but she has lived with me for 3 yrs
We have been to court so that i stop paying the mother support but nothing else
A: you should contact the lawyer that has been helping you with the prior court proceedings. if for whatever reason, you don't want to do that, you are welcome to call one of our domestic lawyers (nicole keith or adam sedia)and they can advise you. i don't do domestic cases but would think that a change of custody is your answer. good luck.
