Q: My ex- husband forged my signature on a bank check after the selling and closing of our home/ What can I do?
I have a copy of the forged ck. he refuses to reimburse the half owed to me- He lived in Georgia upon receiving this bank ck. I live in Fla.I have waited alomost 2 yrs. what are my legal rights?
A: Report it as a forged check to the local police where it occured.
