Q: Our company has closed an escrow and required the deposit back, but the escrow agent didn't pay a dime. What can we do?
The escrow agent promised to wire the money and accepted our request (we're talking about a sum of 200k) - but after two and a half month we still haven't get back our money.
Do we need to go to court or is there any other way to get the money back. We know that there are sufficient funds in the escrow account at the bank.
