A: When an exspouse is non-compliant with the divorce decree, than you may resort to filing an enforcement action against your ex spouse. Largely it depends on what you are trying to enforce. Property division, child support, visitation of child, etc. My firm is a Houston based family law and bankruptcy firm. Look at my profile to determine if we can be of assistance. If not, contact a local attorney in your area to assist you with your legal issue.
