Stillman V Charter Oak Fire Ins co No. 1949-CV Highsmith (SD, Fla. 1993) The US court of appeals for the 11th Circuit reversed Stillman on procedural grounds
but the trial courts determination regarding the ambiguity of the pollution
exclusion remained intact. What does this mean
