Wheaton, IL asked in Constitutional Law for Illinois

Q: My privacy rights have been violated. I'm also being discriminated against.

I had a bad fall, the doctors said I had arthritis, and did nothing. I had my finger smashed in a car door. Doctor did nothing. I have a very bad back, like a hump. The doctor did nothing. I have a mental disability, and I'm not taken seriously about my injuries. One doctor told me to go home and put ice on it. They did x-rays but that was about it. I'm not big on going to the doctors. So when I do I get upset because they don't believe me.The primary care doctor associates asked me if I was afraid for my life and did I feel threatened by anyone in the house? They kept asking me to spell my name and how old I am. I have real health issues. Not just a mental disability. I have taken 40 pills a week and this is for about 10 years. I'm stable, when on medication. I'm not going to change that. Why would the person that is supposed to address a injury what does that have to do with me being afraid for my life!!! Are they joking?
