Any criminal arrest may be discovered publicly. The charging decision lies with the prosecution after a felony review, based on the police investigation and other existing evidence.

If during a legitimate traffic stop the police officers discovered or had a reasonable, articulable suspicion to believe that the vehicle or its occupants may have contraband, weapons or other illegal conditions the officers may search that vehicle without a warrant.

Sounds like you did not satisfy the original judgment, and the relator is seeking to collect on it. I was FT now PT due to coronavirus Manager cut my hours to 60. I tried unemployment. I was denied because Manager gave me 21 hours a week since pandemic should've have been 20 or less a week. Read on a conservative news site that CDC can now if not arrest fine people not wearing masks on public transportation

You need to hire a criminal defense attorney if you have been charged with an offense. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better. If you can not afford to hire an attorney, you need to request the services of the Public Defender in Court.

First, firearms on not possessed by name. If it is in the house, it could be attributed to everyone and anyone found in that house. You can not expunge such a case. Your only option is to file an Executive Clemency Petition requesting the governor to pardon you and allow you to expunge this matter.
