Q: I'm a 16 year old girl. I have a 3.6 GPA and a job. I got caught stealing with this guy but he didn't get in trouble
I was pressured into it. I've already had two assault charges that were dropped for gettin in a fight with my dad. However, I am on probation until December 2012 and it's only September 2012, and now I got charged with a class A misdemeanor. I was pressured into stealing $67.00 worth of stuff. Am I going to juvi? if so, for how long? if not, what's going to happen to me?
A: You need to get an attorney and dicuss these matters with him or her. It is not a good idea to admit to having committed a crime on the internet. You may have valid defenses.
