Jacksonville, FL asked in Municipal Law for Florida

Q: I live & work in Fl, my equip. brokering bus & I was sued w/3rd party. Default judgment granted against me personally...

Apparently the seller covered his rear-end, bought the unit back for a pittance and told the buyer everything else had to come from me. They buyer then sued Me, My company and the 3rd party. I contacted the buyers attorney as recommended by the Tx county clerk and told the attorney what then seemed obvious and that the Int. Co. should not be a defendant to what appears to be fraud on behalf of the Seller & possibly his friend that worked at the Int.Co's yard in Tx and I would be happy to provide the documents I had, on crashed or damaged hard drives. It would take me a good bit of time but I would be happy to give it to them. In fact he recorded my statements while we were talking. When we finished, I asked what should I do and he told me he would relay my info to the Buyers attorney or Belize’s attorney (not sure) and he would call me back to tell me what to do.
