Q: How do I get compensation for botched windshield repair that has left $700 damage to my car.
We had insurance claim (now been 2 months ago) for windshield damage from storm. Company found online came out replaced windshield improperly. Insurance didn't pay out so called unresponsive windshield repair co to fix problem or no pay. Windshield repair co came back out tried to deny problem, finally agreed and re-installed windshield (used same glass) but again not done properly and they broke my windshield wiper assembly in process. Somehow my insurance co paid them, don't know why. Windshield repair co will not answer my calls and insurance co will not help. Never gave me anything in writing, even though I asked for it. Geico says their policy is not to give copies of bills to customer. HELP>
