Q: A constructive service affidavit has been filed against me. relative to loans paid in full but not to his approval..
Loans were in GA, paid for fractional he is filing against is in FL....been thru magistrate in GA, he was bringing his mother in to lie under oath that she had"mistakedly" mailed the original promissory note to me. Statute in GA says this is equivalent to "paid in full"....he has stalked me and threatened me, I've been to the police and filed many times. We are not married, do not live together fulltime, and do not have children together, thank God. This ended in April of 2011 and He is relentless because he doesn't want to work! Last time he was in my gated private community 10/12, uninvited, I learned he is driving a truck! We were in a relationship for 7+ years....and high 20 years prior, just an fyi. I was "sugar moma" for about 4 of those years after a wonder real estate career during the boom...he has completely wiped me and all savings dry.....oh! and the original "lien" he filed in FL is forged with a nonlicensed FL atty from GA! What should I do please? thanks so much!
A: It is nearly impossible to tell what your question is. Did you loan him money? Are you now suing him in Florida?
