Q: My daughter has a felony IV charge in Nebraska . She applied for entry into a diversion program, the prosecutor denied

The request, it was submitted for mediation and denied. what are her options to appeal this decision. If a plea is made and reduction to misdemeanor, would she be able to go into a diversion program then and has charges dismissed and expunged after completion
