A: It is difficult to understand from your question if you are married to the man you live with and are divorcing him. If you are married to him and have obtained your immigration status through this marriage and are still under conditional residency, you will need to apply to lift the condition at the appropriate time prior to your second anniversary of the conditional residency status checking the box that applies to your situation. If this is your situation, you are best seeking the advice of an immigration attorney who is aware of all the details of your matter.

A: It sounds like you may need to file a waiver to lift the conditions on your permanent residence. However, your question is not entirely clear. I would recommend that you seek an in-depth consultation with an attorney to explore the issues.
