Q: EVALECTRIC scams people at mall kiosks. No refund, okay, but the product they sell works nothing like the demo! Now what
EVALECTRIC sells flat iron hair products at mall kiosks. They give you a demo on your hair. The flat iron works beautifully! Pretty pricey product! But it works so well you will never have to buy another one. Lifetime warranty is very expensive also. They tell you under their breath, so no one can hear, that they will give you a discount and the lifetime warranty at no charge! She only tells me about the no refund AFTER I sign the cc receipt and no exchange after 14 days. Get it home and it does works nothing like the demo and the included heat resistant bag and glove are not in the box!
I have now noticed the many, many reviews of people that have had the exact same bad experience. Anything we can do besides air our grievances on-line?
