Most lawyers (thanks to the TV lawyers - sadly) will only take cases on a contingency fee basis. Therefore they only want cases with big damages. I would be curious to know how much money was not disclosed, not that it matters. I believe you have 182 days to file a separate suit to set aside the fraudulent agreement. I would also comsider a malpractice case against your lawyer for his neglect.
