Q: Is it fraud if person works full time & overtime/comp hours In CA and receives workers Comp in FL?
This person collects WC in FL still has residence, address there) but also lives and has residence In Ca. Works FT at cafe when doctors order told not to work or stand longer then 5 hours a day. If this is fraud, who do I contact ? And in FL? In CA?? Someone should know right? Or does It not matter. hard finding anything on this situation. Does not seem alright. Thanks
