Q: I am presently taking leuprolide( leupron) and believe this is why I am insomniac do I have a case?
I am a veteran, have been on the drug for 5 years, yes my PSA is down but I suffer with depression, anxiety, insomnia, 24 hour sweats and apnea, is there a class action case against the pharmaceutical company or how do I go about this.
A: I assume you mean Lupron. If that is the case, I haven't seen any cases where depression, anxiety, insomnia is one of the side effects. More importantly to your concern is that you should report this to your doctor(s) if you haven't already. There more than likely will be an alternative to this medicine since it causing you these problems.
