Q: I have sole pr of my son & his father has supervised visitation which he doesn't adhere to. I want to move to Ohio.
We also have a standing child support order in Hillsborough county. Do I need to file anything?
A:
You have to get an order from the court prior to moving. Use of a lawyer is recommended.
