Child Support cannot be waived without a Court's approval. You will need to show why it is in the child(ren) best interest for no child support to be ordered. In addition, even if a waiver of child support is agreed (and approved by the Court) the party with primary custody of the child can always file for a Modification of Child Support prior to the child's 18th birthday (or 19th if still in High school) at a later date and seek child suppport.
