However, I will note that the State that entered the original Child Support Order has exclusive continued jurisdiction over the case and if someone is looking to modify/terminat/enforce the order and they want another state to do one of these actions (modify/terminate/enforce), they must first enroll the order in the state that the person wants to have jurisdiction and explain why the new state is the appropriate state (this can be because the child no longer lives in the state that originally ordered the child support and now lives in the state that the person wants jurisdiction).
