Q: My aunt pay the bank my balance for the car I was financing against my will,do i have to pay her back?
I ask her not to do it,but the title is also under my grandmothers name and she is using them to co sign on a mortgage so they need their credit clean. We did not make any contract and she went and pay it anyway without my consent and I rather pay the bank than her.Do I legally need to pay her back?
A: Well, what do you think the right thing to do is? The would-be damage to your grandmother's credit was because of your inaction?
