Q: Moved to FL convert MN DL Do I have say I had a DUI over 30 years ago on the application?
The 2 DUIs were befor3 1984 nothing serious since. I went to FL recently valid DL and no restrictions. They ask if you have ever had a DUI or Revoked In your lifetime. Can I say No without penalty? There is no warning on the application about false application, yet on the other hand How far do they look back?
A: Would that be a lie? You cannot lie on the application. If you had a dui and you say no, that would be a lie.
