Q: Can the new property owner throw away my property befor my 60 day termination of tenancy is up? ?
I have rented a back house for over 7 years. My landlord died (front house)and her kids sold the entier property . I was told by the selling agent that it was in the contract of sale that the new owner agreed to continue tenancy. I was servered a 60day termination of tenancy on the 18th day after sale.
Do the new owners have the right to throw my things away from the yard, garage, and continue to block the driveway from me? Yes in my contract I am allowed one car in the driveway.

If you had an unexpired lease with your former landlord (the deceased), then the new landlord would have to honor that got the remainder of your lease. As a month-to-month tenant, however, the new landlord can give you 60 day notice and terminate your tenancy. If the 60-day notice was properly served on you, you need to immediately search for a new residence and move out by the 60th day indicated on the notice. Otherwise, the new landlord can bring an unlawful detainer action and evict you from the premises. My answer here assumes that you are not residing in a rent control/eviction control jurisdiction.
