Woodbridge, VA asked in Uncategorized for Virginia

Q: Received a warrant in debt for father in law, who has never lived at our address.what do we do

Father in law has lived in Florida for over 10 year. He was moved to an assisted living facility after a stroke. He does not own a house. The only money he receives is from social security and the VA to pay for the facility he lives at. The post office has our address so we could receive corraspondance from social security and the VA on his behalf . He has a very small saving account for his burial and living expenses.

A: Either forward to your father in law or return it with "not at this address" notation on envelope.
