Q: former "live-in" nanny was fired from her position and won't leave - threatening/harassing the family. What can I do?
I have a situation with a former "live-in" nanny who was terminated from her position over a week ago. we gave her a non-formal eviction notice (meaning not certified by the county/state) but has hers and my signature on it stating she would be out yesterday 03/22/15 @ Noon....she is still in my home and threatening/harassing my family. I need to know what my rights are in removing her from my property as she is a threat to my family - I am 3 mos. pregnant and have two young boys in a room next to hers.....
