Boone, IA asked in Car Accidents for Iowa

Q: Out of the country returned to have personal injury trial extended another 6 months, now Traumatic brain injury

Surgery 5 level cervical repair, probable wheel chair when trial commences, mediation now possible, Comparative negligence eliminated by video indicting my vehicle was very highly visible, ground was damaged by impact, typical rear end collision, no skid marks to evidence whatsoever second driver attempted to stop, driver vehicle one can recall everything til the impact, 4 years of recovery? certainly not hard to mediate I would think I miss my family 11,000 miles away now they have suffered as much as I did, one child an infant, and I am the one with 700K in stacked coverage, Highway patrolman after my ticket trial was aware vehicle 2 lied to him therefore amended his report, In fact State Farm Lawyer appears to have lied to the court blatantly several times... Resolvable?

statute of limitations factors and who can guess the extent I will recover if at all would normally extend the trial date, rather pointless, by the time I return home already it will be a year here,
