Q: My family members did their biometrics on July 2015 and up till now we have not received their EADs. What should we do?
My father is in the EB3 category and as of 2014 our priority date of April 2008 was current. All the other people who applied on the same time as we did already have their green cards except us. When we inquired about my mother's case they said that it needed additional review. Should we worried about that because we have not received any letter from them asking for additional information and the processing time is way out of the normal processing time.
