My question pertains to a recent fire incident. I would like to know if is there a basis for legal action against a holding company for reckless endangerment? In brief, workers hired by the holding company caused a fire outside our apartment courtyard. The workers left, or fled without reporting the fire. I smelled the smoke, we called 911 and the fire department came, tore out part of the wall and (outside) floor area and put out the fire.
A: Without a physical injury, there wouldn't be much a personal injury lawyer could do for you.
