Q: My insurance company wants power of attorney papers on my totaled jeep
This was a single auto accident caused by road conditions. No one was at fault and no tickets given. I own the auto out right. Why do the need power of attorney and my unsigned title when i sent them a copy. They havent even sent me a offer letter. They told me over phone what they would pay but nothing in writing. Very confused with this process. PLEASE HELP
