Q: Is it legal for insurance co to refuse access to phone conversation recordings until I file subpoena?
my insurance company provided misleading information via phone, resulting in thousands of additional dollars in medical charges. I want to review those phone conversations I had with insurance representative. insurance company refuses to respond to my request, and is demanding a subpoena be filed before providing access to recorded phone calls.
