Q: Can my auto GAP deny a claim based on a policy exclusion if they never provided a copy of the policy prior to the claim?

Yes. You also want to note that your crash was in the course and scope of normal driving. In other words, it wasn't something about your job that caused you to drive on some back road that caused the wreck.

The problem is that CID entered your arrest/subject in the investigation (called "titling") in DCII and NCIC, databases that track arrests. Your DNA was also put in CODIS. Getting your DNA taken out of CODIS is pretty easy. Getting your arrest out of DCII and NCIC is going to be... Read more »

Insurance companies typically won't turn over anything unless you file a lawsuit and issue a subpoena or discover requests.
