Q: I have a question on felony dv trial

My ex wife has three different times on one of the charges of dv and now she decides today to charge me with a dv from six months ago back in December with my prior dv charge that makes three well today they offered me a deal out of Hamilton municipal Court to take the 2 misdemeanors an do jail time or not take it and go to felony court which will make my charges a f3 an f4 will on her first story she has 3 different times saying I hit her now she brings one up from six months ago so now the case is waiting to be bound over to grand jury I didn't do any of those things she is saying would she get in trouble if I'm found not guilty at the end of this an also I'm pretty sure the first charge will get dismissed but I'm not to sure who to hire that can see she is lieing an be able to tear this case apart what should I do
