Q: If surgery to my injury causes a medical issue, who is responsible?
Had 4 surgeries in the past year, months after second injury I wound up in hospital with pancreatitis from being prescribed Mobic which I later found out could cause many health issues... after 4th surgery anesthesiologist informed me heart function slowed & basically stopped during surgery, now having to do a bunch of follow-up care... who is responsible for these medical conditions if I was a healthy strong 39yr old man before surgeries ever began?
