Can they do all that?? He put 2nd dui when I have clean record. Said I legally couldn't drive on my meds/ not true. Given blood and urine test in jail. I did breath, and pen test, in panic attack couldn't do well on walking. I was in front of my truck, when he pulled up, he asked "why are you stopped I did not pull you over. Then" screamed and told me to "get your ass back in your truck". Did a illegal search of my vehicle and kept twisting my words around. "well you don't look sleepy to me "
