Q: can I have my gf removed from my house for dv without her being charged.
I'm wanting my gf out of my house. She is very violent and attacks me constantly. I think she has a mental issue. We have a child together and I want her out but do not want her to take him. I have videos of her hitting me with things beating on me and screaming at me. Some of them while he is watching. He's only 2. I don't want her charged with dv because it could make it hard for her to get a job in the future but I do need her out of my house.
