Q: Dental neglect, years of infection. Left wisdom teeth in. Can I file a lawsuit against the ADA for letting this happen.
I went to other dentists. I am a 57 year old male. Loss of all molars due to infection.
A: You may have a claim against individual dentists that cared for you. I don't see how you'd have a claim against the ADA they were your provider or the provider worked for them.
