Q: if my neighbor does something to my dog what can i do?
My neighbor harasses my dog. sprayed her with a hose , barks at her heckles her thru the chain link fence. we have half of that fence privacy fenced as well and are working on the rest as we get finances. today after living next door to them for 20 sum years i saw he has a BB gun. i am worried he is going to shoot her..
