Q: i am a us citizen my boyfriend is a mexico citizen he got voluntary leave and im going with him.
Ok so i am a us citizen my boyfriend is a mexico citizen he was in the usa ever since he was 7 just recently about a month ago june of 2015 he got tooken by ice and was in hold at the aurora colorado detention center hes been in there for 3 weeks now because of a incident he did and got into some trouble with colorado police got charged with indecent exposure even though it was petty and his first offense ever and he had a hearing tuesday july,7th 2015 and the judge said he was not elgible for a bond and his only option is voluntary leave which he took so they are making the deadline to go back asap like next week by july 14th, 2015 and i am his girlfriend of 3 years and 4 months we love eachother and im willing to go back with him but its not a easy task for me im planning on marrying him over there in mexico city i do have a passport does not expire untill 2021 and i know its going to be years untill everything is complete so if i marry him over in mexico do i need to apply for visa

First of all sorry about your situation, and your boyfriend should have got himself a good immigration attorney as soon as he was taken by ICE. He would not be in this situation if had an attorney.
