Q: in prison do you have a liberty interest in your health.

the warden says she saw me on camera assaulting another inmate.the hearing officer gets a e mail from the warden saying that I did it .the nurse ,doctor,and sargent all were with me in the infirmary .hearing officer refuses to call any witnesses for me.hearing officer never see the video but says if my boss says you did it than you did it.18 months in the hole.at the tine the yard was not on any level system and was open.i have major back issues and while I was in the hole,due to not being able to go to the yard,my condition worsend to the point that I had to have a surgery or I could loose the use of my legs.i feel that because the yard was open at the time and much of the time I was in the hole and I could do therapy several times a day to improve my condition.because I was wrongfully convicted of a charge that I still maintain that I did not do ,again the state will never be able to produce a video tape with me assaulting anyone.but because I was in the hole the state failed to acco
