So he had me cash two checks for him. that way his bank would not place a hold. MY bank verified and approved checks even called company that wrote checks. I had a bank account there and sister bank here in AZ is why i cashed checks. But I live in AZ always have. 3/4 yrs after I was pulled over for id check one night. name was ran and warrant from Kentucky popped up. I had been issued a FOJ Warrant. at the time 4 years after i left, 2 counts criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd. Can that case be transferred here where i have lived all my life. Maricopa county allowed me to bond out i went to all 3 court dates Kentucky never showed.KY wasnt didn't come get me from AZ. case dismissed. I'm willing to handle case but would have to be from here. Business owner/Single Parent.Help!!

A: A crime has to be handled where it was committed, not where the defendant resides. Get a private criminal defense attorney in KY for this matter.
