Q: Can i terminated after 4yrs if palced on probation?
I have been placed on a 3 month performance probation which has expired already can my boss still terminate me after 4yrs

A: Yes. Unless there is an employment agreement stating otherwise you can be fired for any nondiscriminatory reason.
