Q: Police Dept's Insurance refusing to payout deductable after causing an accident citing immunity of public entity
Two borough traffic cops backed into my legally parked car causing damage. Their insurance initially agreed to payout the deductible, but are now refusing citing NJ law 59:2-1 'Immunity of Public Entity'. Can I fight this?
