Q: So some young children from the apartment complex behind my house broke into my house thru a window. They trashed up
My house and managed to flood my basement causing over 10k in damage. Than they stole my dog and took him back to their apartment complex. Some lady tried to help the children grab the dog at some point and she got bit. She is suing me for over 25k. Am I liable since they stole the dog.
