Sunnyvale, CA asked in Real Estate Law for Florida

Q: Theme park noise around my house I was never told about when I purchased my house

Purchased my house 2 years ego as a foreclosure in Florida and never was told there will be fireworks every night at 8/9/10 pm every night or occasionally a concert . First it was ok , it's not that bad , but the more I leave in he house , they more it's disturbing me and annoying .

Is there anything I can do to about this situation ? I really don't want to sell my house . Is there a law that would protect my right to quite injoyment ?

A: You bought a home next to a theme park. What did you expect? Your concerns now are what you should have been concerned with two years ago, before you purchased the home. By "quite injoyment" do you mean quiet enjoyment? Not at this stage I am afraid.

A: You went to the noise, there is nothing you can do.
