Q: Can hoa put a lien for renting without btheir concern
I gave the application to the landlord and she said had to go through bthe hoa now the board didn't approved it with no explanation.she ask if she go ahead and rent without their approval they threatened her to put a lien on her property.i dont have criminal background only misdemeanor 5!years ago for bad check and the hoa call my boss to ask for my employee info but again they denying on giving me a written request why they deny it im lesbian and im thinking there's discrimination from the HOA
